Days till Halloween

Nightchills Manor Est. 2008

Nightchills Manor is a home/yard haunt
owned by Brad & Tracy Moul.
We love to create and make our own props. From tombstones and corpses, to scenes and scares, it's all about using your imagination to create an Haunted Realm for our guests of all ages and trick or treaters to experience and enjoy.

In 2008 and in 2009 the haunt consisted of being in our front and side yard.

In 2010 we are planning on expaning the haunt, making it larger and incorporating more custom made props, scenes and characters for everyone to enjoy.

In addition to creating a home haunt we also are the owners and creators of the "Fear Crafters" Halloween & Haunt Club for the Lincoln and sourrounding areas. We offer make n' takes, club meetings, events, and other fun outings. You can visit this site by clicking

Brad and I teach the "Halloween Prop Builders Workshop" class through Southeast Community College every year, in 2010 the class begins in September. In this class we offer several different props for students to choose from as well as teaching them tips and techniques to make their props incredible.

We also are in process of opening an ebay store "Nightchills Studios". We will be offering our custom made props for sale along with other haunters supplies and soundscapes.
