Haunted Hallway - inside or out!
This is how I'm building mine....
Using PLYWOOD I made 4'x 6' sections. Cut different sized square holes ("windows") into these sections. The "windows" are so that you can place different light up items into this space, like a strobe light, blinking eyeballs or whatever. Also, cut up some 2' x 4's to go along the outside edges of the plywood sections and nail to the plywood. Then attach either brackets or hinges to the 2'x 4's (2 or 3 per 2' x 4's) to attach all the 4' x 6' sections together. I am having a ceiling (top) put on my hallway. A completely enclosed walk through hallway. Mine will be 6' tall and you can make the hallway as long as you want to depending on how many sections you want to make. You can make it turn and angle off whenever and however you want. Next you can place mirrors (USE PLEXIGLASS ONES FOR SAFTEY!!) all over on the inside, go ahead and cover the "windows" we cut out with the mirrors you can use nail polish remover (takes some rubbing!!!!) to take off the silver backing off the mirrors to make clear glass or plastic for you objects to shine through. I can't afford the large quantity of mirrors this year so I am using a mirror like "Metallic table cover" which I got from a Paper Wearhouse store in the wedding section and will stretch it out over cardboard which will be stapled to the plywood. Not kidding it really reflects like a mirror you can see yourself!!! I will not cover the "windows" with cardboard, I will cut them out. When light shines from behind on the tablecloth you can clearly see the item, looks real spooky!
