I have created this site with the intent to help others who may be starting out with their own home or yard haunt. 12 years ago I started creating my own yard haunt, always looking for how to information and ideas. So, as I traveled along the "haunted path" of creating a haunt and learning many things along the way I wanted to share the information with others, having a place to find information on lighting, sound, different scenes, props, special effects, and many other aspects of "haunting".
Of course not only is this site for people who "haunt" or want to learn how but, for people who have Halloween parties, events, fundraisers, or just want to create a few unique props for the front yard on Halloween night.
I hope this site is very helpful and informative, it is a never ending project and grows as new information, pages and items are added.
I have been improving the site. I am in process of redoing pages and adding some new ones as well. Unfortunately I have not been able to spend as much time as I would like on completing these as we have been very busy working on the upcoming events for the Fear Crafters Halloween/Haunt club and our own Home Haunt. I will be finishing all the "works" in process after October. (Unless I get lucky and get some extra time!)
